Responsibilities

Our ESi Consultants will be an extension of your HR Team. Your relationship with Sage People will continue, but we can be your first point of contact for questions and errors, while supporting you on any issues that require escalation to Sage Technical support.

• Sage will continue to provide CSM services to align Customer’s strategic objectives with HCM. 

• ESi can escalate issues to Sage on Customer’s behalf, or Customer can continue to do so, if preferred. 

• ESi can implement corrections/recommendations made by the Sage Support team.

• Customer’s HR will continue to field questions directly from employees.

• Technical questions the HR team cannot answer can be escalated to ESi.
